If possible at this point we will also check the type and condition of the subfloor. Also checking the floors moisture reading, especially for more sensitive flooring types such as wood.
Obviously some flooring options and different subfloors have more complex preparation and installation processes than others - But whatever the size of project, we will advise you on all the very best options for a perfect floor.
